House Searching.

So as some of you may already know - Peter and I are in the market to buy a house!  We started our search a week or so before we left for Ireland and continued it full force when we got back to the states in January.  We have looked at SOO many houses, and some look like the pictures we have seen online, while others do not.  At first the journey was fun, exciting and soo fresh and new, and now, even after only being two months in we are tired and ready to find something that we can call home!  Plus we have to be out of our apartment the end of March.

So with all that being said....We finally found one we really like and we put an offer on it yesterday!  It is pretty exciting stuff, but the anticipation of it all is simply killing me.  It is a little small, and truly not THAT much bigger than our apartment.  But it is a HOUSE!  A stand alone HOUSE - with a big yard and a garage for space for a car and LOADS of storage.  Oh the things we get excited about after living in an apartment for over a year!  The house has beautiful hardwood floors and fruit trees out back with blueberry bushes!!  And it even has a hot tub, which is something we weren't necessarily looking for, but whatever right?  

So it is located in Shoreline, close to schools and a park.  It is a HUGE decision and we were a little nervous to even put an offer on it simply because this could all happen so fast.  And the money we have saved for a moment such as this could be gone before we know it!  But we are excited! and I will keep you updated on the latest news.
