MIA

I have been completely MIA the month of April!  I can't even believe I haven't posted a single post all month.  What has gotten into me??  Well I have been reading ALOT and I have been watching ALOT of movies!  I just finished the book The Descendants, so good people!  Have you seen the movie??  I haven't   - so the book was extra special.  Such a beautiful story about a family!  And I just started reading The End of Normal - a memoir from the widow of Mark Madoff and the daughter-in-law of Bernie Madoff.  Her story is truly heartbreaking - and I was all teary eyed only like 12 pages in.  I suppose the fact that she is a widow says it all right?  It's a sad story...a tragic story, but a true story nonetheless.

And I just finished the movie, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - the American version, and I must say I hate when director's change the endings.  I finished it and thought...isn't the ending different?  And I of course googled it to find that yes...this movie ending is different from the book and the Swedish version.  And I didn't like it...why did they do that?  And I just started the movie Soul Surfer - such a great story!  I read that book months ago, and the movie just made it all the more real.  Such a beautiful story of hope, faith, and perseverance!

Anyhow, I am rambling now, but I just wanted to say I am hoping to enter BACK into the blogging world fairly soon.  So stay tuned...
